Our top priority to you as a customer is to ensure that you have the best experience with us. With this in mind, our process is designed to be hassle free and completely transparent. In order to get the most out of your detailing experience, we offer our expertise to ensure your car gets the treatment it deserves.

Register your interest by contacting us via email, text or phone. We will ask for some details about you and your vehicle and arrange a date for your appointment.

Upon arrival, we will inspect your vehicle and note any existing defects such as dents and scratches. You will be asked to sign this form before the work commences. The amount of time we need the vehicle for will vary depending on how many/which packages you have chosen. This will be made clear to you ahead of your appointment.
Please note that although we have hoses and extension leads, we will require access to a water supply and a power supply in order to detail your vehicle.

We invite you to inspect our work. If there is anything that you are unhappy with, please let us know and we will rectify this immediately. If you are satisfied with the outcome, we have a card machine that allows quick and easy payments.Â
Please note that we do not accept cash. If there are any problems with the card reader on the day, you will be sent an invoice via email which can be paid online.
